1. Licensed operators only
PointsStation is a points-management and vendor-operations platform provided exclusively to licensed and legally compliant businesses. By using the Platform, you represent that you hold all required licenses, permits and approvals, and that your operations are lawful in every jurisdiction in which you operate.
2. Your regulatory obligations
You remain solely responsible for meeting your own legal and regulatory obligations, including those relating to gaming, payments, anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF), know-your- customer (KYC), sanctions screening, tax and consumer protection. The Platform supports — but does not replace — these obligations.
3. KYC & verification
We track operator verification status across the network and may request identity, ownership and licensing documentation as a condition of access. You are responsible for performing any player- or customer-level KYC required of you and for keeping the records that your regulator expects.
4. Audit trail & recordkeeping
The Platform maintains a double-entry ledger and immutable audit logs covering balance-changing actions and security-relevant events. These records support reconciliation and examination. You are responsible for retaining and producing records as required by the laws that apply to you.
5. Controls & monitoring
Built-in controls — role-based access, transaction PINs, limits, rate limiting and admin review of ambiguous transactions — are designed to reduce risk. You should configure and monitor these controls appropriately and escalate suspected fraud, abuse or suspicious activity through the proper channels.
6. Prohibited activity
The Platform may not be used to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful activity, or to operate in jurisdictions where your activity is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access and report to authorities where we are required or permitted to do so.
7. No legal advice
Nothing on the Platform or in this notice constitutes legal, regulatory, tax or compliance advice. You should obtain independent professional advice about your specific obligations before and during your use of the Platform.
