1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PointsStation (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all vendors, agents, sub-agents and administrators who use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & licensing
The Platform is provided solely to licensed and legally compliant businesses. You represent and warrant that you hold all licenses, permits and approvals required to operate in your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party game providers.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, transaction PINs and any second-factor devices. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and the accounts of agents and sub-agents you create.
4. Transactions & the ledger
All point loads, reversals and balance movements are recorded in a double-entry ledger. Ledger entries are authoritative for the purposes of reconciliation. You are responsible for ensuring your operating wallet is sufficiently funded and for verifying the accuracy of each transaction you initiate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose, not to circumvent limits, controls or rate limiting, and not to attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Fees & commissions
Commission and fee arrangements are defined by your network configuration and any separate agreement with us. Commissions are calculated automatically on qualifying transactions and recorded in the ledger.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
