Template notice. This document is a plain-language template provided for illustration only. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel before use. PointsStation is intended exclusively for licensed and legally compliant operators.

1. Purpose

PointsStation is a points-management and vendor-operations platform. This policy sets out the standards of responsible conduct we expect from every vendor, agent and sub-agent using the Platform. Responsible use protects players, your business and the integrity of the network.

2. Operate within the law

You must hold all required licenses and operate only in jurisdictions where your activity is lawful. You are responsible for complying with all applicable gaming, financial-services, consumer-protection and advertising laws, as well as the terms of any third-party game providers.

3. Player protection

Promote responsible play. Honor self-exclusion requests, age and identity requirements, and any deposit, loss or activity limits required in your jurisdiction. Do not target vulnerable individuals or encourage excessive or harmful play.

4. Use platform controls

The Platform provides limits, transaction PINs, audit logs and KYC-status tracking to help you operate responsibly. Configure these controls appropriately for your network and do not attempt to disable or circumvent safeguards.

5. Anti-fraud & integrity

Do not use the Platform to launder funds, facilitate fraud, manipulate balances or evade limits. Report suspected abuse promptly. We may review, hold or reverse transactions and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse.

6. Accurate records

Keep your business, identity and configuration details accurate and up to date. The ledger and audit logs are authoritative records; do not attempt to falsify, obscure or tamper with transactional data.

7. Getting help

If a player needs support with responsible-gaming resources, direct them to the appropriate services in your jurisdiction. For questions about this policy, contact support@pointsstation.com.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, transaction holds, suspension or termination of access, and reporting to relevant authorities where required. See our Terms of Service and Compliance Notice.
